Ingredients: Organic shade-dried valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root, organic grain-free alcohol, filtered water. Dry herb strength 1:4 (250 mg /ml)
Suggested Use: Shake well; Mix 15 drops in water; take at bedtime. Take additional 15 drops one hour later if needed. Use for 3 consecutive nights for best results.
